Voluntary participants in this study were acquired from numerous universities in the North Atlantic, North Central, Rocky Mountain, Southern Regions, and Western Regions. Eighty-three surveys were completed. The packet included three instruments: The Demographic Questionnaire (created by Riddick, 2021), The Faculty Job Satisfaction Scale (FJSS) (as modified by Oberman, 2011, Riddick and Hansmann, 2021), and the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) (Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 2013). |
