Description
Summary:Configuration files used in the data assimilation experiments performed within the SIRANO project using the EnKF-C software and the Barents-2.5 model. The goal of these experiments is to explore the benefices of asynchronously assimilating individual satellite swaths of sea ice concentration (SIC) versus synchronous assimilating the satellite daily means of SIC. The configuration files included here correspond to the input files used for the Barents-2.5 model (metroms configuration based on ROMS v.3.7 and CICE v.5.1 models) and for the EnKF-C software. \ROMS roms.in : input parameter namelist for the ocean model barents_grd.nc : model grid file for the ocean model barents-2.5km.h : include file with compiling options for ROMS v.3.7 barents_nud.nc : nudging coefficients for ROMS barents_rivers.nc : climatological river forcing tide_2000.01.01.nc : tidal forcing file \CICE ice_in : input parameter namelist for the sea ice model CICE v.5.1 cice.grid.nc : model grid for the sea ice model \EnKF-C *.prm : configuration files (syn and asyn) for the Ensemble Kalman Filter (EnKF-C v. 2.9.9.)
