Summary: | 78. Campylodiscus stellatus Greville (Figs 150–152) Type locality: In Californian guano. References: Williams 1988, p. 22, pl. 27, figs 5, 6; Stidolph et al. 2012, pl. 38, fig. 23. Morphometrics: Valves 73–91 (103) μm long, 72–98 (107) μm wide, and transapical ribs in inner parts of valve, 4–5 (4.4) in 10 μm. Remarks: Campylodiscus stellatus was reported from the Saint Paul Island of the southern Indian Ocean (Reichardt 1871), and Paama Island, a small one in the New Hebrides (now, Vanuatu) of the southern Pacific Ocean (Stidolph et al. 2012). This taxon has been reported in a few places except for the type locality. It was rare epiphytic along the Seogwipo coast, Jeju Island, and represents a new record for South Korea.
