Summary:This manual provides an introduction to microfossil analyses from polar ice cores including a picture library of common pollen and spore types found in East Greenland ice (RECAP site). This manual is based on the workshop "Microfossils in Polar Ice - IPA Workshop Ice Palynology", 4.-5. April 2022 held at Desert Research Institute, Reno, Nevada.
