Description
Summary:This data and corresponding python3 notebook allow the reproduction of the Figure 4 "Time series of cross-sectional transport of water masses and organic carbon from the FESOM-REcoM2 model run" in the scientific article Rogue et al. 2022 "Cross-shelf transport of Barents Sea dense water as a sink for CO2 in the Arctic Ocean" in Nature Geoscience. It includes all horizontal physical, DOC and POC transports along all sections (North of Severnaya Zemlya, North of Franz Josef, St. Anna Trough) and linear regression statistics.
