Description
Summary:This dataset is related to the article "The pan-Arctic continental slope as an intensifying conveyer belt for nutrients in the central Arctic Ocean (1985-2015)." In Global Biogeochemical Cycles (AGU) by Laurent Oziel, Vibe Schourup-Kristensen, Claudia Wekerle and Judith Hauck. It provides post-processed and curated data from FESOM1.4-REcoM2 biogeochemical model outputs with a 4.5 km horizontal resolution in the Arctic Ocean. It can be used to reproduce the analysis of the article such as maps (mean state and linear trends) and time series of several bio-physical variables including the Reynolds decomposition of Dissolved Inorganic Nitrogen fluxes: contributions of the synoptic (mean current) versus (sub)mesoscale fluxes, or horizontal versus vertical fluxes.
