The mol% G+C content of DNA is 47.5. Isolated from the faeces of wild Canada goose (Branta canadensis) and from experimental sourdoughs. The type strain is SL1108 T = ATCC BAA-2142 T = DSM 23927 T = LMG 26001 T. Genome sequence accession number: AYZQ00000000. 16S rRNA gene accession number: HQ022861.
