Description
Summary:Neserigone basarukini Eskov, 1992 * Material examined: 3 ♀♀, [09] env. of Anisimovka Vill, 43º10'N 132º46'E, 24- 28.07.1998, YM; 8 ♀♀, [10] S part Ussuri Reserve, 43º39'N 132º33'E. 29- 31.07.1998, YM. COMMENTS. The first record in the province and the easternmost point of distribution. Photo 46 (page 56) in Chikuni [1989] does not correspond to N. nigroterminorum (as listed) but to the N. basarukini Eskov (type species of the genus). Therefore, N. basarukini occurs not only in Sakhalin, South Kuriles [Eskov, 1994] and the Maritime Province (present data), but also in Japan. Erigonidium nigriterminorum Oi, 1960 was transferred into Neserigone by Eskov [1992].
