Description
Summary:albicaudatus Hammer, 1953: 56. Lepidocyrtus. Syntypes: 4 (slide) Canada. [Northwest Territories], Yellowknife, [9–18.vi.1948], [in a lichen cushion in a small depression on a rock with Polytrichum and lichen cushions alternately], M. Hammer (CNC 165574). This species was described by M. Hammer (1953) as Lepidocyrtus cyaneus var. albicaudatus . Christiansen & Bellinger (1980–1981: 936) did not include it in their key because it was “unplaceable without types”. Currently listed as Lepidocyrtus albicaudatus Hammer, 1953 by Bellinger et al . (1996–2015).
