ANT XV/3 : 48-27 , few stems, up to 55 mm high; 48-72 , few stems, up to 50 mm high; 48-168 , few stems, up to 60 mm high; 48-189 , few stems, up to 55 mm high; 48-276 , few stems, up to 20 mm high; ANT XXI/2 : PS65/148 , few stems, up to 75 mm high; PS65/237 , few stems, up to 30 mm high; PS65/278 , few stems, up to 70 mm high. Ecology and distribution. Species collected at depths between 80 (Peña Cantero et al. 1997a) and 1157 m (Peña Cantero 2014a); present material was collected at depths between 119 and 417 m. Circum-Antarctic distribution (Peña Cantero et al. 1997a).
