| Summary: | The pandemic - Covid-19 - is currently a major crisis in the healthcare system of most countries in the world. Since the Corona virus first appeared in late 2019, it has spread to all continents (except Antarctica). It is very important for Georgia, as a developing country, to attract financial resources or various types of assistance from international organizations, individual states or private investors. International monetary resources in the Georgian economy were represented by a significant share even before the crisis. In addition, revenues from tourism and remittances accounted for about 25% of GDP. Therefore, the amount of aid received from international donors largely determines how much of the potential acute economic damage caused by the pandemic will be reduced. However, I think that in each acute or moderate crisis, bringing Georgia out of the economic crisis should not depend only on the assistance provided by international donors. For that, I think it is necessary to create an anti-crisis fund, where the country should gradually mobilize and reserve funds, which will be one of the solid guarantees of stable economic development and the existence of the state. The countries that failed to manage the centralized state of emergency have collapsed. Statements and approaches made by governments at various levels to effectively manage crisis management have caused unrest, creating uncertain circumstances that have complicated management processes. Fortunately, Georgia has managed to centralize the crisis in a timely manner, thus successfully trying to avoid the potential dangers caused by the pandemic.
