This species was also observed on hydroids from Roscoff and Concarneau (Atlantic coast of France), Nieuwport (Belgium), the Kola Bay of the Barents Sea (Kahl 1934). Record as epibiont on other hosts: The species was also found on Bryozoa (Kahl 1934) and tunicate of genus Polyzoa from St. Heliers, Jersey, UK (Kent 1881).
