Schoenomyza litorella (Fallén, 1823) Ochtiphila litorella Fallén, 1823c: 10. Type-locality: Sweden, Skåne, near Äsperöd. Lectotype ♂, NHRS (designated by Pont, 1984b: 288). Siberian records: South Urals (Hennig, 1961a: 508); Respublika Sakha: Yakutsk, on the River Amga (Hennig, 1961a: 508); Urals, West and East Siberia (Pont, 1986a: 197). General distribution: Holarctic Region, also Afrotropical (Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa) and Oriental (Nepal, Pakistan) Regions; in the Palaearctic, from Europe east to the Russian Far East and the Korean Peninsula.
