Summary:W. octa Christiansen, 1951 – Weberacantha octa Christiansen, 1951: 25 AK Christiansen 1951; Hammer 1955; Christiansen & Bellinger 1980, 1998; Skidmore 1995; Potapov 2001; Babenko & Fjellberg 2006 YT Hammer 1953, 1955; Christiansen & Bellinger 1980, 1998; Skidmore 1995; Babenko & Fjellberg 2006 Remarks: Hammer (1953) recorded this species in the Richardson Mountains, located west of the mouth of the Mackenzie River in the northern YT. However, both Christiansen & Bellinger (1980) and Skidmore (1995) list it for NT (see also remark on F. microchaeta ). General distribution: Nearctic and Eastern Palaearctic.
