Summary:Gripopterygidae Enderlein 1909 The Gripopterygidae, a family of Antarctoperlaria, includes approximately 300 described species distributed in the Neotropical and Australian regions (Fochetti & Tierno de Figueroa 2008). In Neotropical Region, 28 genera and 85 species are known (Froehlich 2010a). Three genera, Gripopteryx, Paragripopteryx, Tupiperla and six species are recorded from the Serra Bonita region.
