Summary:The scripts in this folder (using MATLAB 2014b & GDAL framework package 1.11) use Landsat 8 data to estimate supraglacial lake depths in Greenland with Landsat 8 for summer 2015 in the Sermeq Kujalleq (Jakobshavn) region. How all of the scripts work together is documented in a provenance diagram. Note that some MATLAB scripts (developed in 2014b) require the MATLAB Mapping Toolbox (Version 4.0.2).
