Summary:Code for a database that stores soil temperature and vegetation data across the permafrost regions. Code also contains a statistical model for organizing data and filling in missing soil or air temperature data using a Bayesian statistical analysis (Temp_model folder). All analysis of vegetation driven patterns in soil temperature are also conducted using Bayesian statistical models (Analysis folder). Newest version includes fixes to figure formatting.
