Bousfield, (1, CNC); Shelburne Co.: Sebim Beach, 19.VII.1993, J. and T. Cook, (1, JCC). Anogdus dissimilis is newly recorded in Labrador, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and Atlantic Canada (Fig. 3). Little is known about the fungal associations of this genus (Zeran et al. 2007). All the specimens collected in this region were found in sand dunes and other coastal habitats.
