Description
Summary:This archive contains the LAKE model (https://mathmod.org/lake/) outputs and workflows for data preprocessing, multiprocessing for sensitivity analysis, data postprocessing, and visualization,in support of the manuscript 'Modeling Thermal and Biogeochemical Dynamics in two ponds within Alaska’s Yukon–Kuskokwim Delta: Impacts of Climatic Variability on Greenhouse Gas Fluxes' submitted to Journal for Advances in Modeling Earth Systems. The LAKE model was calibrated and run at two ponds in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta,AK for a base case (control) scenario, and three meteorological scenarios (1) snow accumulation removed, (2) incoming shortwave radiation increased by 20%, and(3) air temperature increased by 2.7 deg. C.
