Description
Summary:This is a tool to assist with tagging ridges in aerial mosaics aligned with radar data for the Digital Arctic Shipping project. It allows one to mark pixels in GeoTIFF images to create a mask that can then be exported as a PNG file. If radar imagery (also in GeoTIFF format, but with a ".radar.tif" filename extension) is available, then the radar image can be imported and aligned with the image to assist with this process. The radar image can also be processed by G'MIC to automatically mark pixels based on G'MIC transformations (currently only thresholding is supported, but any transform that produces a binary output could potentially be used).
