In the Kemerovo Area it was collected in forest biotopes of mountains and foothills. Distribution. Eastern Kazakhstan and western Mongolia (Gurjeva 1989). The records of the species for Siberia (Tarnawski, 1995; Schimmel et al., 2015) are mistaken due to incorrect interpretation of their localities. This is the first reliable record of this species for Russia. A map of the localities inhabited by this species in the Kemerovo Area is shown in Fig. 16.
