FILES: mags_emerge_20230110.tar.gz - Archive containing MAG files (.fna). metadata_MAGs_EMERGE.tsv - Table containingMIMAG-formatted sample attributes, genome information, and other metadata (currently in draft form) for the MAGs. This table also includes JGI or NCBI genome accession #s forsome additional MAGs that are not part of the .tar.gz archive. EDIT for Version 0.0.1-beta (published online 2023-12-22): Added corrections to sequencing_technology after clarifying the source metagenome versions.
