Summary:CH4 flux (mg m-2 day-1), soil water-table level, soil temperature, and LAI data from two subarctic fens, Halssiaapa and Lompolojänkkä, located in northern Finland. These data were used for evaluating the impacts of reindeer grazing presence (measurement locations inside and outside exclosure fences) and reindeer droppings (measurement locations with no added reindeer droppings, droppings added on fen surface, droppings added and trampled below the fen surface) on the CH4 flux.
