Here we provide mapped reads of previously published high-throughput sequenced 55 male and 5 female reindeer/caribou samples (PRJEB37216, PRJEB66450, PRJEB65932, PRJNA843030, PRJNA846266) and a moose (PRJNA325061). The raw data were mapped to the reindeer Y contigs (reindeerY1320, GCA_963856025).
