Description
Summary:This report looks at economic sectors studied in case studies 7-12 of JUSTNORTH. It offers a detailed view of these activities, focusing on justice. It assesses the ethical aspects, risks to people and nature, and ways to achieve sustainable development fairly. This report combines findings from three different reports and explores human and natural systems, ways to blend different ethical systems and suggests potential solutions at national or subnational levels. Additionally, it considers the ethics of sustainability. By looking at values and justice, the report explores how current economic activities align with ethical views and sustainable development goals in the Arctic. It provides suggestions for fair and ethical ways to develop the Arctic sustainably through legal and regulatory means.
