Description
Summary:The data generated from the manuscript "DNA metabarcoding reveals dietary niche partitioning in a community of small petrels breeding in the subtropical North Atlantic " : Raw data file with demultiplexed sequences (paper.qza) Metadata file (metadata.xls) with the information of each sample, including sampling code and the species to which each belongs. Feature-table after filtering for frequency and taxonomy as explained in the Methods section contains the counts of unique features in each sample and map a feature identifier to each sequence. Contains the taxonomical classification for each feature using LCA, Best-Hit and EPA assignments. Data file containing the prey-species identified in each sample using LCA, Best-Hit and EPA assignments. The higher taxonomic and ecological groups to which each prey-species was assigned are shown. Codes used to generate the data of this study EPA-nt placement output files
