Summary: | 本文通过传统的平板培养法和现代分子生物学方法PCR-RFLP,对10个大西洋不同深度的沉积物样品和8个南海冷泉区采集的一个pushcore的分层样品中真菌多样性进行分析,一定程度上揭示了这18个位点沉积物中真菌种类和数量。通过纯培养方法,从大西洋样品中我们共得到14个真菌纯培养物,从南海样品中我们共得到8个真菌纯培养物,它们多数归属于曲霉、青霉和酵母,这三类都是海洋常见的真菌类型,均为子囊菌;通过分子生物学方法,我们从大西洋样品中得到66个真菌OTU(operationtaxonomicunit),其中属于子囊菌门和担子菌门的分别为61个和5个,通过分子生物学的方法得到的真菌OTU中,Peni.
