白令海北部浮游细菌及表层沉积物细菌的系统发育多样性分析
1.通过PCR-DGGE分析,发现白令海北部底、表层海水中的细菌生物多样性水平总体较高,而且底层水体中细菌多样性指数及丰度明显高于表层水体;St.Lawrence岛北部7个站位的表层和底层水样,其丰度和多样性指数平均值低于南部区域;采样深度大于100m的3个站位的底层水样,其多样性指数随着深度的增加出现递增现象。获得的36条DGGE条带,其序列除了有2条属于环境样品中的未知菌群以外,涵盖了以Proteobacteria和Actinobacteria为主的6个门。其中,gamma-Proteobacteria和alpha-Proteobacterium分别以25.0%和22.2%占据优势地位。另...
