欧鳗“狂游病”病毒的分离及观察

患“狂游病”欧鳗的主要脏器经电镜切片观察表明 :该病毒主要存在于病鳗的脑、心脏和肌肉组织中 ,存在有一大小约为 80~ 10 0 nm的圆形病毒 ,成熟的病毒颗粒具有清晰可见的包膜结构 .病鳗组织匀浆后 ,经蔗糖分步超速离心法 ,RNA酶及 DNA酶消化去除组织内 DNA、RNA后 ,获得纯化的病毒颗粒 .又经蛋白酶 K消化后得到病毒的核酸 ,以 DNAase I或 RNA ase A分别消化 ,经1%的琼脂糖凝胶电泳证实该病毒为 DNA病毒 . Ultrastructure of tissues of Anguilla anguilla with " ma d swimming s...

From its hom ogenized heart or muscle tissues whose nucleic acid was removed with DNAase and RNAase, the virus was purified with sucrose density gradient supercentrifugation assay.
