欧鳗“狂游病”病毒的分离及观察

患“狂游病”欧鳗的主要脏器经电镜切片观察表明 :该病毒主要存在于病鳗的脑、心脏和肌肉组织中 ,存在有一大小约为 80~ 10 0 nm的圆形病毒 ,成熟的病毒颗粒具有清晰可见的包膜结构 .病鳗组织匀浆后 ,经蔗糖分步超速离心法 ,RNA酶及 DNA酶消化去除组织内 DNA、RNA后 ,获得纯化的病毒颗粒 .又经蛋白酶 K消化后得到病毒的核酸 ,以 DNAase I或 RNA ase A分别消化 ,经1%的琼脂糖凝胶电泳证实该病毒为 DNA病毒 . Ultrastructure of tissues of Anguilla anguilla with " ma d swimming s...

From its hom ogenized heart or muscle tissues whose nucleic acid was removed with DNAase and RNAase, the virus was purified with sucrose density gradient supercentrifugation assay. The purified virus was demonstrated to be a DNA virus through nucleic ac id extraction and nuclease test.
