Inputs were provided by practicing business executives, local authorities, community groups, government departments, researchers and academics. The report draws on the relationship with Newfoundland in Canada, a province with which there are deep rooted social and cultural connections. It makes observations with respect to resource maps, development architecture, innovation, education and respinsibilities. |
