Find Unmapped Area On Alaska Frontier WASHINGTON, June 28—(UP) —A 25 year old explorer who started climbing mountains just for the thrill 10 years ago reported to the National Geographic society today on a 2000 square mile area, previously unmapped, on the Alaskan frontier. Bradford Washburn, Cambridge, Mass., returned from a four months exploration trip into the Yukon with airplane photographs of 10,000 square miles of rugged mountains northeast of the famous Klondike gold rush region of a generation ago.
