Make Long Trip. MAKE LONG TRIP. NOME, Alaska, Aug. 11. (/P)--Two New York city youths, Sheldon Taylor, 24, and Geoffrey Pope, 23, who set out in a canoe for Nome more than a year ago, arrived safely here today completing a trip via rivers and lakes in New York, Canada and Alaska.
