(AP)— Flood waters, due to the unseasonably moderate weather, were reported to be dropping. The Alaska railroad right of way is safe, though the train due this morning from the interior was posted to arrive 15 hours later. The steamship; Yukon postponed her Friday night sailing to await the additional train passengers. Storm damage in this area is unestimated, but will run into thousands of dollars.
