Bernard Hubbard, the "glacier priest" of Santa Clara, Calif., said today the great Taku ice cap, which he visited for the first time ir 10 years, was dying slowly and soon would cease, breaking off icebergs. The Taku cap is hundreds of square miles in area and is hundreds of feet thick.
