Morgan, who radioed the world the tragic deaths of Will Rogers and Wiley Post, is spending his vacation perfecting a stove which will enable Point Barrow, Alaska, Eskimos to heat their igloos with oil. "The oil is. there over northern Alaska, lakes of it," he said. "The Eskimos certainly need it for fuel, with no wood available and with whales becoming scarcer eveiy year."
