Summary:Now It's Oil Stoves For Eskimo Igloos. Now It's Oil Stoves for Eskimo Igloos SEATTLE, March 28. (/P)—Oil-burner heat for Eskimo igloos in northern Alaska, perhaps an arctic oil pipe line, may not be far distant. Master Sergeant Stanley R. Morgan, who radioed the world the tragic deaths of Will Rogers and Wiley Post, is spending his vacation perfecting a stove which will enable Point Barrow, Alaska, Eskimos to heat their igloos with oil. "The oil is. there over northern Alaska, lakes of it," he said. "The Eskimos certainly need it for fuel, with no wood available and with whales becoming scarcer eveiy year."
