(AP)—Fairbanks residents kept their eyes peeled toward the north pole today, awaiting arrival of two old friends, Pilot Sigismund Levanevsky and Navigator Victor Levtchenko and their four aides, to refuel here on Russia's third transpolar flight of the year. The tall, blond, unsmiling "Lindbergh of Russia" and his short, swarthy and equally unsmiling navigator were here a year ago. Fights Winds. SEATTLE, Aug. 13.
