Northern Air Mail. NORTHERN AIR MAIL KETCHIKAN, Alaska, Sept. 29. (/P) —With the first official consignment of mail to be carried by air from Ketchikan to Seattle, the seaplane Chichagof, piloted by Bob Ellis, took off today and was expected to reach Seattle this afternoon.
