Nome to Receive Christmas Mail By Way of Air NOME, Alaska, Dec. 8.—(/P)—Plans have been completed here for a Christmas air mail service to Nome from Fairbanks, the northern terminum of the Alaska railroad. The mail will reach Nome from Seattle in 10 or 12 days, as compared with two or three months required when dog teams are used between Fairbanks and this city. Noel Wein, who flew to Nome with Thanksgiving null, will pilot the Christmas plane.
