July 28 (IP) —Squadrons VP-7 and VP-9 of the navy's fighting aircraft arrived here yesterday in a leisurely flight which started at San Diego. Two advance planes alighted on the waters of Tongass Narrows at 1:20 p. m., after being delayed overnight in Prince Rupert, B. C, by fog. An hour later 10 more planes joined them. They are on a survey flight.
