NOME, Alaska, Jan. 11.—Bruce Rogers, editor of the Nome Industrial Worker, a daily newspaper, was found guilty today by a jury in the federal commissioner's court of a charge of publishing seditious statements. At the opening of the trial five days ago the commissioner ordered the entire Nome Bar association to defend Rogers. The Industrial Worker has long been known as a radical publication.
