NOME, Alaska, Jan. 11 -- Bruce Rogers, editor of the Nome Industrial Worker, a daily newspaper, was found guilty today by a jury in the federal commissioner's court of a charge of publishing seditious statements. At the opening of the trial five days-ago the commissioner ordered the entire Nome Bar association to defend Rogers. The Industrial Worker has long been known as a radical publication.
