JUNEAU, Wednesday, April 7.--(/P)—Thomas Judson prepared today to become mayor of Juneau, having defeated Mayor Isadore Goldstein, 826 to 643, in a municipal election yesterday. Goldstein is completing his fourth consecutive term. L. W. Kilburn, sticker candidate, was elected mayor of Douglas, Which was swept by fire recently. At Ketchikan, J. A. Talbot, unopposed, was elected mayor, and Clifford Johnson, Harry McCain and Andrew Thompson were elected to the City Council. E. B. Houghtaling was elected to the Ketchikan School Board.
