(/P)— Peter Trimble Rowe of Seattle, Protestant Episcopal bishop of Alaska, was here today on a tour of visitation in the Yukon valley and north thereof. He travels with a launch, an engineer and four Indians. The launch, called the Pelican, was bound from here down the Yukon to Nulato, 250 miles, and up the Koyukuk to Atlanta, 300 miles. At Atlanta is a mission, St. John's in the Wilderness. Returning down the Koyukuk the bishop visits missions on the Yukon below Nulato, and comes back via Tanana to take the Alaska railroad at Nenana, 275 miles up the Tanana from here, for the states.
