Description
Summary:A letter was received yesterday by James McClusky, mail clerk at the Davenport, from "Doc" Martin, former mail clerk; Ivan Goodmiller, former mail clerk, and James Robertson, former superintendent of service of the Davenport, who are now with Dr. Lambert's hospital corps are Fort McPherson, Atlanta, Ga. The enlisted men say they have full equipment, are drilling constantly and expect to leave for New York soon. They are well pleased with their surroundings and say that the Y. M. C. A. is doing a wonderful work. The only complaint they make is that the "Y" building is not able to accommodate the crowds.
