DAVENPORT, Wash., Sept. 20.—Roy E. Mathews and Mrs. Lucia B. Wyatt of Seattle were married Sunday by Justice George E. Hering at his home here. The bridegroom, the bride, Justice Hering, and two members of the wedding party, Mrs. George R.
