(AP)- Lawyers, manufactories, business men, aviators, prohibition agents and club men were among government witnesses subpoenaed today in a liquor conspiracy case against Roy Olmsted , former Seattle police lieutenant and reputed king of Pacific coast rum runners, which is set for trial here Tuesday. Olmsted was indicted with 89 others by a federal jury following a raid on his home here November 18, 1924. Among witnesses summoned were C.O. Myers, manager of the pacific Telephone and Telegraph company; Andrew Steers, a manager for the largest office building company in this city: W.E. Boeing, airplane manufacturer, and Charles E. Bancke, manager of the Arctic club. United States Attorney Thomas P. Revelle predicted that is the case goes to trial it will last at least a month.
