Fourteen Colleges Are Represented At Meeting: Various Problems Of Co-Ed Institution Are Discussed At Pullman: Dr. Holland Speaker. Representatives of fourteen colleges and universities of the West met at Washington State college this weekend in a women's intercollegiate conference to discuss the relationship between one institution and other and to solve various problems relating to campus activity. Ruth Yenney and Doris Reavis are the delegates from Whitman. President E.O. Holland gave the introductory address to the assembled delegates in the college Y.W.C.A. and Dean of Women Rhonda M. White greeted the women on behalf of the college. The convention has been featured by banquets and entertainments as well as trips over the campus and through the surrounding country. "Equal Distribution of Opportunities and Campus Offers," "Women participation in general campus Elections," "The Honor Point System" and "Big Sister Movement and Similar Ideas" were among the subjects discussed by the delegates. It is understood that the Whitman representatives had a part on the program in concern with the relatable small college to those in the larger institutions. Arrangements for the 1921 conference were formulated at the Saturday afternoon session of the conference. Two delegates from each of the following institutions were in attendance: Iceland Stanford, Jr., University of California, University of Nevada, University of Oregon, Oregon Agricultural College, Reed, College, University of Montana, Montana Agricultural College, University of Idaho, Spokane University, University of Washington, Washington State College, Whitworth College and Whitman College.
