Summary:Pick Judges For Pullman Song Contest. Pick Judges For Pullman Song Contest. George Greenwood, Stoddard King and Ben King, all of Spokane, will act as judges in the serenade's contest to be held by students of Washington State college at Pullman on May 29. Dr. F. A. Golder is promoting the contest to foster better community singing. The song contest will in all probability become an annual affair. The Old National and Exchange National banks of Spokane have each offered $50 prizes to the two winning groups. W. D. Vincent, president of the Old National bank, and cam Kimbrough, cashier of the Exchange, will be present. Practically every group entered in the contest is working hard on the 20 songs that have been announced for the contest. The songs include college songs, folk songs, national and popular airs. Delia Hammer, Madeline, Powers, George Greenland compose the executive committee in charge of the contest.
